The purpose of this document is to provide an overview of the Development in order for us to provide an initial assessment of the risk and those involved, so please ensure this document is full completed.

Please provide as many of the following as possible, available at the time of submission.

  • Full Plans, Drawings and Elevations (both existing and proposed) 
  • GANTT Chart / Schedule of Works
  • Schedule of Accommodation including Floor Area Splits
  • Design and Access Statement 
  • Ground Investigation Report / GeoTechnical Report / GeoEnvironmental Report
  • RIBA Stage 2, 3 or 4 Design Report (or another document type which details the Technical Design specification)
  • Full Breakdown of the Contract Value and / or Bill of Quants 
  • Existing Structure / Condition Report (required for all risks with a retained structure)
